We are all lamenting the last days of summer. Before it officially ends, there's one thing my buddies and I are planning to do: have a clambake! That's was they do here in the northeast. When I lived in Texas, we used to do a crawfish boil. You throw the fish, corn and everything on newspaper and just go at it! It makes for a real fun time and easy cleanup, too.
