Eleven Cultural Values to Run Your Company by... Frank Addante: the Rubicon Project

A Note From Vince:
Thanks for the good words and further interest in our interview with Rubicon Project's CEO, Frank Addante. Frank's a terrific entrepreneur and really committed to high functioning teams.

During the interview Frank spelled out a couple of the cultural values at his company and later several of you asked for a complete list. (see below)

What strikes me is the clarity and simplicity of what Frank and his team are striving to achieve. In a chaotic world so prone to throwing us off point, it's important to have a clear premise that grounds us.

Thanks Frank and, as always, a BIG THANKS to our viewers...We love your comments and emails, so keep them coming!

-Vince Thompson

We believe in building a strong company culture, and it is something that our team cultivates and improves constantly.
