The situation in Haiti is grim. The odds of disease spreading in Haiti are skyrocketing four days after the deadly earthquake in the impoverished nation. Medical care is grossly inadequate, and in some cases, heartbreaking. Below are two stories from the ground in Port-au-Prince by CBS Evening News Anchor Katie Couric and CBS News Medical Correspondent Dr. Jennifer Ashton.
