Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr., aka "Senate Candidate 5" in the Blagojevich indictment, says "I've done nothing wrong."
Jackson, caught by several TV cameras staked out in front of his Capitol office, says the Blagojevich charges are "a very serious mater ... and a lot of people are going to be touched and effected by this process." CNN and other media outlets broadcast the comments.
Jackson insists "the facts will bear themselves out."
Senate Candidiate 5, in the Blagojevich indictment, was the person who Blagojevich allegedly approached to raise $500,000 in donations exchange for consideration for the Senate seat.
He has not been accused of any wrongdoing, and plans a press conference at 4:15 this afternoon to further explain himself.
